Description
The aFe Bladerunner intercooler is a high-performance, direct-fit charge air cooler engineered for Ford Super Duty diesel trucks with the 6.4L V8. It replaces the restrictive OE tube-and-fin core with a 3 in. bar-and-plate design and TIG-welded aluminum plate end tanks to reduce intake temperatures, increase airflow, and support high-boost applications—while providing pre-tapped ports for easy gauge or sensor installation.

- Three multi-directional internal vanes

- Tested to 200psi for high-boost use
- Up to 30 percent increased airflow
- Approximately 200° intake temperature reduction
- Approximately 100° EGT reduction in testing
