This cat-back exhaust transforms the factory system into a high-flow, race-proven performance exhaust for Ford Super Duty trucks, delivering stronger exhaust scavenging, an aggressive tone, and a polished appearance. Designed with 3″ mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel tubing and a high-flow 409 stainless muffler with a tuned Helmholtz resonator, the system frees horsepower and torque while maintaining engineered fitment for Crew Cab / Short Bed 160″ wheelbase trucks. Dual polished 4-1/2″ 304 stainless clamp-on tips, laser-etched with the aFe POWER logo, finish the build and provide corrosion resistance and show-quality styling. The direct bolt-on design uses factory-style flanges and hangers for no-cut installation and 100% MIG-welded construction for long-term durability.
