Made from 100% new carbon steel and coated with a high‑temperature anti‑rust black finish, the semi‑metallic friction material is glue‑lined and treated for strong bonding to the steel backing. Each shoe is precision arc ground for accurate shoe‑to‑drum contact, and the assembly is manufactured bonded or riveted per Oe specifications after field and lab testing for reliable, long‑lasting performance.
