The bar-and-plate core with cast aluminum end tanks and oversized 63mm inlets/outlets increases core volume and flow, while a diverter plate, foam sealing strips, and a custom-formed air deflector direct air through the core for improved thermal efficiency and reduced NVH. High-strength aluminum pipes, cast turbo outlet elbow, DuraCore™ silicone couplers, and CNC-machined quick-disconnect fittings provide durable, high-flow connections and a clean underhood appearance in polished or wrinkle black finishes.
